Dace will lead an immersive sound journey, weaving meditation, visualisation and sound healing into a single restorative experience. Your nervous system will be gently guided from a state of activity into stillness and rest. As the journey deepens, brainwaves can naturally begin to shift from an active Beta state into the restorative frequencies of Theta and Delta, the states most associated with deep rest, renewal, and restoration, creating space for the body to release stress and tension.

At the same time, you will experience the hands on Reiki magic from Nina Alexander where you may experience warmth or heat, waves of lightness, emotional release, visions or colours, and a sense of transcending beyond the physical.
